Approval Trail: terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms apply when you install or use the Approval Trail app for monday.com.

Who you are agreeing with

Approval Trail is built and run by an independent developer, not a company. Contact is globalmatchhub@gmail.com and that address is a real person who answers. Where these terms say "we", that is who it means.

What the app does

It records approval decisions on monday.com items. Each decision is appended to a record that is never edited in place, and each entry is hashed together with the one before it, so a change to the stored record can be detected afterwards. It shows that record on an item, on a board, and across an account, and it exports it as a file you can check yourself.

What you need

A monday.com account, and the app installed on it by someone who may install apps. The app follows monday's own board permissions and does not widen them. If you cannot open a board in monday, you cannot see its approvals here.

Your records are yours

What we do not promise

This section matters more than the rest, so it is written plainly rather than in the usual language. An app about evidence should be exact about what its evidence is worth.

What you agree not to do

Support

Email globalmatchhub@gmail.com. We answer any question or request within two business days. See the support page for how to set the app up and the answers to common questions.

Price and payment

Messages we may send you

If you install the app, we may email the address monday gives us about the app itself: a serious defect, a change that affects your records, a security issue, or the end of the service. We will not sell that address, pass it to anyone else, or send marketing to it. You can ask us to stop at any time, except for messages about a security issue or the end of the service, which we will send anyway because not sending them would be worse.

Changes

The app will change: features get added, and sometimes removed. If a change removes something you were relying on, or changes what happens to your records, we will say so in the app and by email before it happens. If we change these terms, the updated date at the top changes, and a change that materially affects you will be announced the same way.

Ending it

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or business, or for a decision someone made because of what this app showed them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free plan is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, including our own fraud.

Which law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer somewhere with rules that give you a different court or different rights, those rules still apply to you and these terms do not take them away.
